Made from Friulano and Ribolla Gialla grapes, this wine boasts a straw yellow color with bright greenish highlights and a great substance.
Its refined and elegant bouquet of custards, vanilla, and acacia blossoms intermingles with fresh notes of fruit and white flowers. The palate opens delicately with a full character that is both supple and sapid, and the wine’s distinctive individual varieties provide it with a persistent finish.
Aged in oak, Biancosesto wine is best served at 8-10°C and is versatile and perfect for all courses. It pairs well with mushroom or fish dishes, as well as with shellfish, making it perfect for seafood lovers.
