|Composition: Blended eaux-de-vie of 7 to 14 years old.
|Ageing / Blending: Distilled with the lees, it ages in new Limousin Oak casks with a medium interior toast for 3 years. The ageing process continues in old barrels or hogsheads in a damp cellar. A progressive reduction is made, with distilled water (max 5% diminution every 6 months to 1 year).
|Color: Golden / Bronze hues
|Bouquet: Our VSOP has matured to the point where the exquisite floral notes of the Grand Champagne ‘terroir’ are released. There are notes of linden and dried flowers prevailing over a hint of apricot.
|Taste: The subtle flavors of linden, orange, dried flowers and vanilla mingle with a hint of apricot on your palate.
